Installation of Crimepack

Installation of Crimepack

No Comments on Installation of Crimepack

I will start of by describing the installation of Crimepack . I have to say a few things about the subject that I work on, this will only be said once.

Everything here is projects I’ve worked on in order to better understand the security aspects of the IT world. Under no circumstances may you use this information to do harm to others, be that either humans or human owned computer systems! This information is for education only and should only be used as such. Now that thats out of the way, lets continue with the more fun stuff.

First off I downloaded the crimepack from an undisclosed location, After the download i extracted it and put the folder inside my “htdocs” directory.

Next you go to the browser and open

if nothing appears, this is because of the way crimepack is coded/encrypted. We have to download and install something called Ioncube (Link)

ionCube was founded in 2002, and introduced tools to protect software written using the PHP programming language from being viewed, changed, and run on unlicensed computers

After downloading it, extract it and place the file in the htdocs folder. Open the file in the browser same as crimepack. and follow the instructions.

Download whatever is needed. Extract it and place it in a new folder inside the php directory. Like this :

Now you have to edit the PHP.ini to include the files from the directory.

Thats it, now the XAMPP server should be able to read the install.php file from the crimepack folder, lets try

Go to and a screen looking like this should appear :

Input all your information here, and click install, after this go and grap a smoke or something, This could take a while. It should look something like this when done.

Next up, go to and login. There you have it, how to install crimepack
